By accessing or using the GloveBox website or mobile application (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

GloveBox helps you store and manage vehicle-related information and documents, including the ability to upload, store, and view photos and PDFs, add metadata (such as dates, notes, reminders), and organise information by vehicle.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
“Your Content” includes documents, photos, PDFs, images, text, notes, metadata, and any other information you upload, create, or store using the Services.

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google, payment and billing are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to their terms.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how we handle uploaded photos and PDFs.
The Services may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, file storage, analytics, email delivery, and app store billing). We are not responsible for third-party services outside of our control, and their terms and privacy policies may apply.
We aim to keep GloveBox available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time (for example, to improve features, address security risks, or comply with law).
GloveBox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
GloveBox may help you track vehicle documents and reminders, but it does not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice. You remain responsible for complying with all legal and regulatory requirements relating to your vehicle and documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users.
Where reasonably practical, we will try to give you notice and an opportunity to address issues before termination.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting info@mygloveboxapp.com. Deletion may not be immediate due to technical and legal requirements (for example, backup retention).
The Services (including software, branding, logos, design, and text) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
